About us
New to Michigan. Finding Our Way Together.
We’re a blended family building a new chapter here in Michigan — and we’re on a mission to discover everything our home state has to offer.
While I’m still discovering so much of Michigan, my husband is a Rochester native, so we have a mix of new eyes and local roots as we explore. From hidden nature trails and little-town festivals to family-friendly restaurants, weekend adventures, beautiful parks, and places we never knew existed, we’re exploring Michigan one outing at a time.
With a busy family, we know how hard it can be to find things that are actually worth the drive, affordable enough for a family, and fun for everyone. So we’re sharing what we discover along the way — the places we love, the adventures that surprise us, and even the ones that didn’t quite live up to the hype.
